Training Programs
EA Labs is proud to offer training programs to meet our client’s needs. From crash courses to Advanced Theory. From 1 hour to 2 days. EA Labs Training Courses are designed to meet the needs of new users or experienced professionals. Training Programs are designed specifically for each client’s needs and industry. These programs can be generic, but it is preferential to add data specific to a client’s use of the equipment. Therefore, each program will be altered as needed to maximize its training value.

Basic Training

2 to 6 hours depending on the number of different units being taught
What we teach?
All thermal equipment operates on the same basic designs from year to year and manufacturer to manufacturer. The physical components of the equipment and their effects on sample testing is outlined in detail.
Take Away?
With the completion of this course, each trainee will understand how to design experiments, chose accessory equipment/components, and chose pans appropriate to the sample being tested.

Advanced Training
Who Benefits the Most?
Scientists, Engineers, Experienced Users
Time Frame?
2 to 4 hours
What we teach?
Advanced equipment use, combining thermal testing with other types of equipment, and Thermal Theory ©.
Take Away?
With the completion of this course, each trainee will understand the chemistry and physics of how this equipment works and how to combine thermal testing with other test methodologies to gain a greater understanding of the sample being tested.
Hands-on Training
Who Benefits the Most?
Technicians and New Users
Time Frame?
1 to 6 hours depending on the number of different units being taught
What we teach?
The basics of how to turn on, set up, and use the equipment. A brief overview of the components will be given as well.
Take Away?
With the completion of this course, each trainee will be able to use the equipment to test a variety of samples.
All Inclusive Training
Who Benefits the Most?
Everyone
Time Frame?
Up to 2 full days.
What we teach?
Everything from Basic, Advanced, and Hands-on Training.
Take Away?
With the completion of this course, each trainee will be fully capable of operating the equipment, calibration/validation of the equipment, and analyzing the results of sample tests.
Crash Courses

1 to 2 hours per unit
What we teach?
The absolute bare bones basics of how to operate the equipment. As hands-on demonstrations are presented, brief descriptions and use of each component of the unit is given.
Take Away?
With the completion of this course, each trainee will have seen how to utilize the equipment to its basic potential.
Client Specific Training
Who Benefits the Most?
Advanced and All-Inclusive Clients
Time Frame?
Taught in conjunction with the Advanced Training Program material.
What we teach?
Utilizing data and graphs supplied by the client, the training material is written to include the data as training examples, review, and discussion to ensure maximum retention of training materials.
Take Away?
With the addition of client specific data, each trainee will be more capable and certain in their designs of test procedures and analysis of data specific to their work.

Where Will We Go to Train?
EA Labs is proud to fly anywhere in the world to conduct training programs. English is our primary language, but we are also able to train in Hindi and Telugu. We are currently working to add Spanish as an available training language.

Most training courses are offered at the manufacturer’s facilities, but they are willing to come to the client’s location.
